One more time because you just don't seem to get it

Voter Fraud:
Fraudulent & Illegal Voting Activities which DIRECTLY change the final count of an election.

Voter Registration Fraud:
The intentional or unintentional act of illegally completing a voter registration form.

City / County Clerks:
The elected official and their staff who is directly responsible for coordinating all election activities and ensuring the legal process is fulfilled

Voter Registration Organization:
The organization who chooses (through paid or unpaid canvassers) to collect voter registration forms

Voter Disenfranchisement
Illegally and intentionally using scare tactics to keep valid, legal voters away from the polls. The earlies forms were requiring african americans in southern states to read a page before they cast a ballot. Recent examples include threatening arrest for anything from bench warrants to traffic tickets to showing up at the polls for people attempting to vote. Other examples include the distribution of literature in lower income neighborhoods with the wrong election date on them.

FACT: Voter Fraud has NEVER occured, not even once, as a direct result of Voter Registration Fraud

FACT: ACORN does not coordinate, run, or facilitate local, county, state or nation-wide elections

FACT:
Voter Fraud and Voter Registration Fraud are not the same activity, nor are they even at the same level of misconduct

FACT: (Some) States purge voter registration rolls at random requiring "registered" voters to "reregister"

FACT: Voter Disenfranchisement happens more frequently than Voter Fraud
